Jack Wilburn

Jack was licensed to practice law in November 2003. Since then, he has continuously practiced in the areas of probate, guardianship, and estate planning in the Metroplex.

The law offices of David Jackson Wilburn II, Attorney & Counselor were formed in February 2007.

He has previously served as the Chair of the Probate, Trusts and Estate Section of the Dallas Bar.

He also clerked for the Honorable Nikki DeShazo in Dallas County Probate Court and the Honorable Russell Austin in Harris County Probate Court No. 1.

He earned his JD from the University of Houston Law Center in 2003.

He earned his Bachelor’s of Music Education from McMurry University in 1993.

When he’s not working, he loves to explore National Parks with his family. They’re up to 28 parks visited now.
